Vitamin C helps maintain the proper functioning of the immune system. In addition, it also helps to reduce the feeling of tiredness and fatigue. It also supports cell protection against oxidative stress. Vitamin C also increases iron absorption. Each capsule of the food supplement Lactoferrin LFS 90% covers the reference intake values for vitamin C by 63%.
Lactoferrin LFS 90% 100 mg + Vitamin C 50 mg is only 1 capsule per day to obtain the beneficial effect resulting from the declared effect. A package of 60 pieces will allow 1-2 months of daily supplementation, depending on the body's current need for the ingredients contained in the formula.
