Ingredients: Magnesium salts of citric acid (magnesium citrate) standardized to 14.5% magnesium, shatavari root extract (asparagus racemosus) der 4:1, fennel extract (foeniculum vulgare) der 4:1, inulin, chasteberry extract (vitex agnus-castus L.) der 10:1 standardized to 0.5% agnusides, L-leucine, saffron extract (crocus sativus) der 1.5-3:1 standardized to 3% crocin and 2% safranal, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vit. b6, quali®-b), capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (color: carrot concentrate).

Ingredients in a daily portion

Directions: Take 2 capsules with water. Take once daily, in the evening, with a meal.

Recommended serving: 2 capsules. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Precautions: This product is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. The capsule color is obtained from the presence of a natural dye derived from carrot concentrate.
