Oviso Comfort

A medical device in the form of a cleaning solution for soft contact lenses. This product cleans and disinfects lenses, removes protein deposits, moisturizes, and polishes the lens. Its use allows for extended lens wear comfort.

Composition

Sodium chloride, boric acid, sodium tetraborate, sodium citrate, poloxamer 407, hyaluronic acid, disodium edetate 0.02%, polyhexamethylene biguanide 0.0001%, purified water.

Product characteristics

A unique formulation of poloxamer and sodium hyaluronate that allows for easy lens cleaning. Regular use helps remove protein deposits that accumulate on the lens surface.

How to use a medical device

1. Wash your hands thoroughly before removing your lenses.
2. Remove one of the lenses and rinse it for a few seconds.
3. Add two or three drops of the solution to the lens and rub it gently for 20 seconds.
4. Add enough solution to the lens case so that the lens is completely immersed in the solution when placed in the case, then insert the newly cleaned lens into the case.
5. Remove the second contact lens and repeat the steps for the first lens.
6. To ensure your lenses are properly disinfected, leave them in closed containers overnight or for at least six hours.
7. Before reinserting your lenses, rinse them with the product for a few seconds.

Contraindications and precautions

One dose of the preparation is not suitable for repeated use; once used, the dose should be poured out of the lens case.
When not in use, the bottle should be tightly closed, taking care not to touch anything with the dropper tip.
Before first use, make sure the seal is intact. Once opened, the product should be used within 90 days. Keep out of the reach of children.
The preparation should not be used by people who are allergic to any of its ingredients.
In case of persistent irritation, remove the lenses, discontinue use of the preparation and consult a contact ophthalmologist.
Lenses can be stored in a closed container for no longer than 30 days.

Comments

The product also removes protein deposits from lenses, eliminating the need for weekly enzymatic cleaning. However, cleaning with enzymatic tablets may be necessary if the lenses are heavily soiled.
