Recommended use of a massage roller

The massage roller is for daily use. It is recommended to massage the skin in the morning and evening. The massage roller can be used in combination with cosmetic care products or on its own. The larger roller is used to massage larger areas of the face - massage the forehead, cheeks and neck with it. The smaller roller is then suitable for massaging less accessible parts of the face - eyelids, nose or lips.

• Forehead: Massage the skin with a larger roller from the center of the forehead to the ear, repeat 3-5 times on each side. Then do the same with the smaller roll
• Nose and lips: with a larger roller, massage the skin from the nose to the ear, repeat on both sides. Then continue around the lips and chin
• Chin: massage along the lower jaw to the area below the ear. Repeat 3-5 times
• Eye area: Use a smaller roller to gently massage over the lids and under the eyes. Lower jaw and neck: Starting at the chin, massage up and down the cheeks, then move from under the chin to the collarbone. Repeat on both sides

Advice
