Cinnamon bark extract (Cinnamomum zeylanicum Blume), green tea leaf extract [Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze] tit. 50% polyphenols - 30% catechins - 20% epigallocatechin gallate; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, black pepper fruit extract (Piper nigrum L.) tit. 95% piperine, mallow leaf extract (Malva sylvestris L.) tit. 30% polysaccharides; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 capsule 1-2 times a day, swallowed with a glass of water, preferably during meals.
