Description
Potassium and magnesium-based food supplement recommended in case of physical activity or intense sweating, to restore salt balance.
Magnesium in 3 organic salts (citrate, pidolate and glycerophosphate), to promote optimal assimilation, contributes to electrolyte balance, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal energy metabolism, muscle function and normal protein synthesis.
Potassium from 2 sources (citrate and bicarbonate) contributes to normal muscle function, normal functioning of the nervous system and maintenance of normal blood pressure.

How to use
We recommend taking one sachet per day, preferably after meals. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of water (200 ml), stirring before drinking.
