Use

After shampooing, gently squeeze out excess water. Apply conditioner to the lengths and ends of your hair (you can also gently massage it into your scalp if you need soothing relief). Leave on for 2–5 minutes (or longer if your hair is very dry). Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. For a more intense effect, use as a mask – leave it on for 10 minutes under a warm towel.
