Symbiotic food supplement, consisting of a combination of a consortium of lactobacilli and bifidobacteria (probiotics) and 99% pure psyllium fiber (prebiotic).
The probiotic consortium developed by Nathura promotes the balance of intestinal bacterial flora.
Psyllium fiber, on the other hand, feeds the intestinal bacterial flora, encouraging its growth. In addition, it has the unique property of forming a gel in contact with water, which can modulate the consistency of the stool. The potential for abdominal bloating is limited because the intestinal flora ferments psyllium moderately.
One sachet of PSYLLOGEL Megafermenti 24 provides 24 billion live lactic ferments and 2.5 grams of psyllium fiber.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 sachets of PSYLLOGEL Megafermenti 24 per day, depending on your needs (for advice, consult your doctor or pharmacist), outside of meals.
PSYLLOGEL Megafermenti 24 should be taken with an adequate amount of water: pour the contents of one sachet into a glass (150 ml), fill with plain water, stir well for about one minute and drink immediately. Any increase in consistency (gel formation) is a characteristic of the excellent qualities of PSYLLOGEL Megafermenti 24; if necessary, adjust the consistency by further increasing the amount of water.

It does not contain sources of lactose.

How to use
Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C. Avoid sudden changes in temperature. The expiry date refers to the product stored correctly in intact packaging.
