ACTION AND DESCRIPTION

Ophthalmic product that soothes and cleanses the eyelids and eye area. Contains liposomes, tea tree oil, vitamin A, xanthan gum, ferulic acid, vitamin E TPGS, and alpha-bisabolol.

COMPOSITION

Phospholipids S80 (from NIOLip) 1%, Bisabolol 0.1%, Tea Tree Oil 0.05%, Vitamin A Palmitate 0.01%, Vitamin E TPGS 0.045%, Ferulic Acid 0.04%, Xanthan Gum 1%, Disodium EDTA Dihydrate, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Hydroxymethylglycinate, Citric Acid Monohydrate, Potassium Citrate Tribasic Monohydrate, Distilled Water.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Use the product twice a day, or more if recommended by your doctor.

1. Wash your hands carefully.

2. Dispense a small amount onto your fingertips.

3. Gently spread it over the eyelids with circular movements.

4. Let it sit for a few minutes. Wipe away any flakes with a clean tissue or cotton ball.

PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS

• For external use only

• Discontinue treatment if you are hypersensitive

• Do not use the product after the expiration date indicated on the package.

• Do not use the product if the packaging is damaged

• Use the product within 8 weeks of first dispensing (15 ml bottle)

• Use the product within 24 hours of first dispensing (1 ml mini container)
