How to use
2 applications per nostril.
Adults (> 3 years): 1 application per nostril.
Children: use throughout the allergy period, before any contact with allergens, from the first symptoms.
Use as often as needed, reapplying every 4 hours if necessary, up to 6 times a day. It is recommended to clean the nasal cavity with an isotonic solution and blow your nose beforehand. Then, spray the spray into your nostrils and pinch them gently between two fingers to distribute the protective film over the entire nasal mucosa. To preserve it, do not blow your nose immediately afterwards.

Not recommended for children under 3 years of age, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people hypersensitive to Eucalyptus radiata essential oil. Use is not recommended for people with a history of convulsions or epileptic seizures.
