Jade Oolong Tea is known for its creamy flavor, quite different from darker, roasted oolongs. The carefully controlled partial oxidation process allows the leaves to develop an intense flavor and a slightly fruity and floral aroma, while maintaining a silky texture. This tea can be re-infused several times with the same leaves without losing its flavor and aroma.
What is oolong tea or blue tea?
Halfway between black and green tea, oolongs are partially oxidized. Depending on when the oxidation process is stopped, different types of oolongs are obtained, each with a wide variety of flavors. So-called Jade oolongs are more similar to green tea, while the more oxidized and darker varieties have a toasted aroma and a flavor reminiscent of autumn and nuts.

Temperature: 90ºC
