Wash the absorbent before the first use, thus activating the absorption area.
After use, rinse with cold water until the water runs clear.
Machine wash at 40°C with a hypoallergenic detergent, without chlorine or bleach.
For increased hygiene, you can wash at 60°C after the end of menstruation.
Dry naturally or with the help of a clothes dryer.
Avoid using bleach or other strong chemicals to maintain the integrity of the absorption technology.
Do not apply conditioner or iron, as they can affect the properties of the absorbent.
You can use the reusable absorbent for more than 2 years, depending on the care and correct use.

Absorbent M combines high quality natural materials: the top layer is made of 45% hemp and 55% organic cotton.
The middle layer combines 55% hemp and 45% organic cotton, accompanied by two additional layers of 100% organic cotton for increased absorbency.
The bottom layer and fins are made of 100% PUL waterproof material, and the adjustable plastic buttons are Oeko-Tex certified for comfort and safety.
The product does not contain biocides.
