Rice Carbs & PROTEIN is a powder for preparing rice gruel enriched with rice protein with the flavor of apple and cinnamon. Contains sweeteners. It is a high-protein product based on protein and complex carbohydrates from rice.

Protein is responsible for the growth and preservation of muscle mass, which is especially important for athletes and physically active people. In turn, carbohydrates contribute to the restoration of normal muscle function after very intense and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscles. The beneficial effect occurs when carbohydrates are consumed from all sources, with a total intake of 4 g per kg body weight, in doses taken within the first 4 hours after very strenuous or prolonged physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscles, and no later than 6 hours after such exercise.
