Composition:
The aerial part of the plant Chelidonium Majus L.

Active principles:
It contains alkaloid substances such as: chelidonine, berberine, cheletrine, sanguinarine, as well as resins, flavonoids, tannins, volatile oil.

Properties:
Stimulant of liver function, soothing of hepato-biliary colic; choleretic-cholagogue; sedative and narcotic of the higher nervous centers, disinfectant; cicatrizing

Recommendations:
Internally: cholecystopathies, chronic hepatitis, cystitis, prostate adenoma, prostatitis, kidney and urinary tract diseases, liver cirrhosis, adjuvant in the treatment of prostate cancer, gastric and duodenal ulcers.

Administration method:
Internally: infusion of one teaspoon of the plant in 250 ml of water. Leave covered for 10-15 minutes. Drink 1-2 cups of tea per day, divided into several portions.
Externally: concentrated infusion of 2 tablespoons of the plant in 250ml of boiling water, apply compresses.

Contraindications:
Adhering to the recommended doses, it does not show side effects; by overdose, the plant becomes toxic. Careful! The treatment lasts a maximum of 7 consecutive days, with breaks of 2 weeks. Do not administer in the acute phase of jaundice. Do not administer to pregnant or lactating women. This product is a dietary supplement. Food supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of the reach and sight of small children.
