Royal jelly is produced from the secretion of the glandular system of worker bees. Fresh royal jelly is a whitish substance with pearly reflections and a gelatinous consistency, with a warm aroma, sweet and sour taste. It constitutes the exclusive food of the queen of the colony throughout its existence, at the same time it is consumed by all the larvae of the colony in the first days of its existence.

It is a moisturizing, nourishing, anti-aging cosmetic active, a rich source of nutritious and fortifying elements, royal jelly also has excellent purifying properties. Stimulates collagen synthesis and skin regeneration.

The powder is obtained from fresh royal jelly, by cold drying - a process called lyophilization - thus preserving the precious active substances.
