Description
Lemon essential oil is used in aromatherapy for headaches, migraines and bacterial angina. It also cleans and disinfects the air. It has a fresh, distinct citrus, sour and slightly sweet aroma. Use
Inhalation:

Let yourself be delighted with a healing and relaxing procedure that embraces your body and mind at the same time. Essential oils enter the body through the breath and the skin, slowly calming, regenerating, pleasantly stimulating or invigorating. (You can also choose one of the ready-made Saloos bath oils - here you just need to choose the oil according to the specific effects you want.) To get the maximum effect, it is recommended to stay in the bath for 15-20 minutes.
Massage
Relax your body and mind. Treat yourself to a relaxing or invigorating massage with aromatic oil that stimulates blood circulation, calms the nervous system and relieves muscle tension. The pleasant touch combined with the dispersion of essential oils and their rubbing into the skin will unlock unpleasant mental and physical states. Practice your own aromatherapy care. Massage tired or sensitive areas with natural oils. If you want to make your own massage blend, use 10 to 25 drops of your chosen essential oil and mix it with 50ml of vegetable oil. Where a low concentration is required, 3 to 5 drops of essential oil in 50 ml of carrier oil will be sufficient. Sun bath
Try the properties of natural essential oils in the sauna not only to create a pleasant atmosphere.
