Chamomile, also known as camomile or camomile, is an annual plant that grows up to 50 cm tall. It occurs most often in fields between crops or in waste places. The phytotherapeutic part is the flowers that are collected from June to August. Chamomile has an effect on the body's natural defenses (immune system) and acts as an antioxidant. Chamomile is recommended for maintaining digestive comfort, has an effect on fat metabolism and helps with healthy skin.

Traditional use

Pour a teaspoon of dried flowers over 200-250 ml of boiling water and leave for 15 minutes. stay under cover. Then strain and use the tea prepared in this way 3 times a day. We always prepare the infusion fresh, we don't keep it all day because of the volatile essential oils.
