Product use

Apply the paste to your toothbrush and brush your teeth twice a day (up to three times a day). For quick results: apply a small amount of the paste with your finger to the sensitive tooth and gently massage for ~60 seconds, then rinse. Do not swallow the paste. Close the tube tightly after use.
