Use

Always follow the instructions on the package. Brush your teeth twice, no more than three times a day. Limit swallowing the paste to a minimum, always spit it out. Sensitive teeth may indicate an underlying problem that requires immediate treatment. If symptoms persist or worsen, see your dentist.
