Description
A useful dietary supplement for promoting sleep thanks to California poppy. Melatonin facilitates the onset of sleep. Serenotte also contains L-theanine.

Bulking agents: cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, hydroxypropylcellulose; aerial part of California poppy (Eschscholzia californica Cham.) titrated to 0.2% total alkaloids expressed as protopine, L-theanine, red poppy flowers (Papaver rhoeas L.); anti-caking agents: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; corn starch, flavor, melatonin.

How to use
To reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, it is recommended to take one tablet (equivalent to 1 mg of melatonin) with a little water before bedtime.
