At ŠUFAN we don't use much dry biscuits. For us, the right cake has to be nice and moist and filled with the most honest ingredients - so we went for it! We rely on your favorite 70% dark chocolate , which we make ourselves from bean to table.

Gluten-free oatmeal provided a quality base for the cookies, and then all you had to do was add other ingredients to the batch, such as chicory syrup, our peanut butter, crunchy peanuts, hollandaise cocoa, a pinch of salt and your new favorite snack is born!

You can enjoy the mini cookies on their own or add them to your favorite yogurt for an extra serving of fiber and healthy fats.
