Use

Before sun exposure, apply a small amount to cleansed skin on the face, neck, and décolleté, using the width of two index and middle fingers. Spread evenly and leave on until absorbed. Reapply every 3 hours, especially after sweating, swimming, or toweling.

Reducing the amount of sunscreen used will reduce its protection. Do not use on irritated or damaged skin. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Prolonged sun exposure is not recommended, even when using sunscreen. Excessive sun exposure poses a health risk.
