Food supplement with zinc, magnesium, L-arginine and vitamin B6.

Purpose: to help the body replenish energy reserves, eliminate toxins, neutralize free radicals, maintain acid-base and electrolyte (mineral) balance and reduce fatigue, for optimal recovery.

Specially formulated with essential nutrients with complementary action:

• Zinc is involved in hormonal metabolism, in particular in the maintenance of testosterone levels in the blood, in the body's protein synthesis (muscles are made up of proteins) and in the metabolism of carbohydrates (stored in muscles in the form of glycogen). It also contributes to normal acid-base metabolism;
• Magnesium and Vitamin B6 help reduce tiredness. Vitamin B6 acts in association with zinc on protein and glycogen metabolism and on the regulation of hormonal activity. Magnesium has a complementary effect on muscle function and electrolyte balance.
