Stratamed is suitable for exposed areas such as the face and neck, as well as areas such as joints and hair-covered regions, without requiring hair removal.

When used properly, Stratamed dries quickly, forming a thin silicone film, a semi-permeable protective membrane. It regulates wound moisture and gas exchange and protects damaged skin or open wounds from chemical and microbial infiltration.

It causes regression and normalization of scars, relieves itching and discomfort, and reduces redness and skin discoloration caused by scars and skin lesions.

Stratamed was developed for use on all types of scars, including those caused by:
