Ingredients
Magnesium citrate (magnesium); maltodextrin; ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera) containing 5% withanolides; cholecalciferol (vitamin D); pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6); coating (glazing agent - hydroxypropyl methylcellulose). The product may contain milk, fish and soy.
