Symbiofem® Intim is a dietary supplement that combines two selected strains of lactic acid bacteria, Lactobacillus rhamnosus (GR-1®) and Lactobacillus reuteri (RC-14®)¹, with D-mannose and biotin*, which contributes to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes (including the vaginal and bladder lining). Biotin, also known as vitamin B7, is an essential water-soluble vitamin that plays a vital role in the metabolism of body cells. Highly active tissues, such as the body's mucous membranes, require biotin.

Recommended intake:

Once a day in the evening, pour the contents of one stick into a glass of water, stir and drink immediately.
