Valdispert Melatonin is a food supplement based on melatonin.

Melatonin is a hormone secreted by the pineal gland that regulates our sleep-wake rhythm. Melatonin therefore plays an important role in the falling asleep process. Melatonin production can be altered by age, jet lag, or lifestyle changes.

*Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and the effect is achieved by taking at least 1 mg of melatonin before going to bed.
**Helps reduce the effects of jet lag. The effect is achieved by taking at least 0.5 mg of melatonin at bedtime.
Jet lag: 1 tablet on the day of travel and for the following days.
