INGREDIENTS

Per tablet:

Coating agent: sucrose; valerian root dry extract (Valeriana officinalis L.) 100 mg, bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose and sorbitol; hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha L.) dry leaves and flowers extract 60 mg; passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) dry aerial part extract 50 mg; anti-caking agents: talc, magnesium stearate; coating agents: basic methacrylate copolymer, gelatin, shellac, carnauba wax, color: titanium dioxide.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

For relaxation, it is recommended to take 2 tablets up to three times a day.

To facilitate sleep, it is recommended to take 2 tablets half an hour before going to sleep, and if necessary, take 2 tablets mid-afternoon.
