Hydroalcoholic extract* of valerian root ( Valeriana officinalis ), freeze-dried extract* of valerian root ( Valeriana officinalis ), natural flavor of sweet orange essential oil ( Citrus aurantium var. dulcis ). *Organic ingredient.

How to use
It is recommended to take 2-3 ml in the evening, before bedtime, and 1.5 ml, as needed, throughout the day, preferably after meals.
