Ethereal Blend - For students

A blend of eucalyptus, lemon and mint oils.

How to use:

BATH – Fill the bathtub with warm water and add essential oils (previously mixed with a carrier oil). For one bath, use 6-12 drops of oil mixed with one tablespoon (10ml) of carrier oil.

MASSAGE – Add the selected essential oils to the base oil intended for massage. Pour approximately 50 ml of the base oil into a glass bowl or bottle, add 10-25 drops of essential oil, and mix.
Store the mixture in a tightly closed dark glass bottle in a cool and dark place.
Shake the bottle before each use.
For one teaspoon (5ml) of base oil, usually 2-3 drops of essential oils are added.

DIFFUSION – fill the water container in the aroma burner with water and add 3 to 6 drops of essential oil.

SAUNA – add 5 drops of essential oil to 1 liter of water.

Ingredients:

citrus limon, eucalyptus globulus, mentha piperita, limonene, citral, linalool.

Note! Safety of use:
- oils should not be used by pregnant women and children without prior consultation with a doctor.
- protect eyes from direct contact with the oil.
- do not apply undiluted oils directly to the skin, with the exception of tea tree and lavender oil.
- do not use in case of known allergy to the oil
- after using citrus oils, avoid sun and UV lamps.

CONTRAINDICATIONS FOR USING OILS
– do not use in the first months of pregnancy: peppermint, thyme
– do not use during pregnancy: cedar, myrrh, cypress, fennel, juniper, marjoram, rosemary, sage (has a spasmodic effect).
– do not use in case of high blood pressure: thyme
– do not use in case of epilepsy: rosemary, fennel
– do not take internally (do not drink)
