Vibrocil Duo is used for the treatment of nasal congestion accompanied by a runny nose (rhinorrhea), associated with the common cold (colds).

Vibrocil Duo should not be used in children and adolescents under 18 years of age due to insufficient data on safety and efficacy.
Hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the excipients.
Known hypersensitivity to atropine or similar substances, e.g. hyoscyamine and scopolamine.

After surgical interventions in which the dura mater may have been penetrated, for example, transsphenoidal hypophysectomy or other transnasal interventions.
In patients with glaucoma.
In patients with dry rhinitis.

Pregnancy, lactation and fertility:
Vibrocil Duo should not be used during pregnancy unless your doctor recommends it. Vibrocil Duo should not be used during breast-feeding unless your doctor decides that the benefit of taking this medicine outweighs the potential risk to the baby.
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.

Driving and using machines:
Cases of visual disturbances (including blurred vision and pupil dilation), dizziness and fatigue have been reported during treatment with Vibrocil Duo. Patients should be warned that if they experience any of these conditions they should not drive, use machines or participate in activities where these symptoms could endanger their own life or the lives of others.

Always take this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

Adults: 1 spray in each nostril, up to 3 times a day. There should be an interval of at least 6 hours between two doses. Do not exceed 3 applications per day in each nostril.
The duration of treatment should not exceed 7 days.

It is recommended to stop treatment when symptoms improve, even before the maximum treatment duration of 7 days, to minimize the risk of side effects.

Children and adolescents:
Vibrocil Duo is not recommended for use in children and adolescents under 18 years of age due to insufficient data on safety and efficacy.

Elderly:
There is only limited experience with use in patients over 70 years of age.

Before the first administration, prime the pump by pressing 4 times. Once primed, the pump will remain ready for use throughout the daily treatment. If the spray solution is not sprayed when the pump is fully pressed or the medicine has not been used for more than 6 days, the pump must be re-primed by pressing 4 times as the first time.

1 ml contains xylometazoline hydrochloride 0.5 mg and ipratropium bromide 0.6 mg .

1 puff contain xylometazoline hydrochloride 70 micrograms​ and ipratropium bromide 84 micrograms .​

- The others The components are: edetate DISODIUM dihydrate , glycerol 85 % , water​ purified , sodium hydroxide​ and acid hydrochloric .
