Vitaprim D3 baby contains 400 IU of vitamin D dissolved in high-quality olive oil. This content of vitamin D is consistent with the guidelines of the Polish Endocrine Society, which recommends its supplementation in newborns and infants throughout the year, from the first days of life, regardless of diet, at a dose of 400 IU per day in the first half of life and 400-600 IU per day in the second half of life, depending on the intake of vitamin D with formula milk.
