Tamponade with silver
Vliwaktiv Ag combines the odor-binding properties of activated charcoal with the antimicrobial effect of silver. Available as an absorbent dressing and tamponade, the product is suitable for the treatment of critically colonized wounds, infected and/or malodorous wounds, and wounds with an increased risk of infection.
Product composition:
Activated carbon fiber impregnated with silver, polyester/polyethylene. Additionally in the absorbent pad: polypropylene, cellulose, hot melt adhesive (synthetic polymer with resins and waxes).
