Use

Salt

Pour sea salt into warm water and soak for 5-10 minutes.

Peeling

Apply sugar scrub, massage your feet and calves, then rinse and dry.

Mask

Apply the mud mask to your feet and calves, leave on for 3-5 minutes, rinse and pat dry.

Butter

Spread the butter and massage in until absorbed.
