COMPOSITION

Capsule:

Naturally derived active ingredient: Okranol (okra powder + inulin), a patented fiber complex derived from a natural plant. Excipients: crospovidone, citric acid, tricalcium phosphate, magnesium phosphate and stearate.

Stick:

Naturally derived active ingredient: Okranol (okra powder + inulin), a patented fiber complex derived from a natural plant. Excipients: citric acid, maltodextrin, xylitol, sorbitol, pineapple juice powder, pineapple flavor, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, water.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Capsules: Take 2 capsules 3 times a day, immediately after each meal (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). If you skip a meal, still take 2 capsules. Do not exceed 6 capsules per day.

Stick: Take 1 granulated stick 3 times a day, immediately after each meal (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). It is recommended to take the contents of the stick in several doses/sips. If you skip a meal, still take 1 stick. Do not exceed 3 sticks per day.

PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS

Only recommended for adults over 18 years of age.

The use of this product in adolescents aged 12-18 years is subject to supervision by health professionals.

For the beneficial effect of fibers on intestinal transit, it is recommended to drink at least 2L of water a day.

Symptoms of mild constipation may occur with limited fluid intake.

Do not take granulated sticks:

- during pregnancy or breastfeeding

- if the BMI is less than 18.5

- within two hours of taking fat-soluble medications (e.g. birth control pills)

- if you are allergic to any of the ingredients

- Contains small traces of oxalic acid, which is found in many green vegetables. If you have kidney disease or kidney stones, avoid taking this product.

Consult a doctor or healthcare professional before taking this product:

- if you suffer from any illness

- if you are diabetic

- if you have a deficiency of fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K)

- if you take medication to lower cholesterol

Some adverse effects have been reported: malaise, hypersensitivity reactions such as rash, itching and swelling, headache, and mild gastrointestinal symptoms (such as nausea, stomach pain, bloating, diarrhea, and constipation). If you experience any side effects, stop taking this product.
