Active substance from plants

We grow mint on our fields in Brittany according to the principles of agroecology with respect for nature. Every summer, we collect and dry the above-ground parts of the plant, i.e. the leaves and stems. We use 100% natural distillation techniques to produce our extract, in this case steam extraction.
