Instructions for use:

• Step 1. Model the dental mold
• Hold the dental mold by the handle and immerse it in 80°C water for 2-3 seconds until it is malleable
• Do not submerge the handle and keep your fingers above the water
• After removing the mold, shake it gently to remove the remaining water and carefully put the mold in your mouth (while it is still warm) and press it on the upper or lower teeth (the mold will not burn)
• Use your fingers and tongue to mold the mold to the shape of your teeth
• Close your mouth and use your lips to suck in air to dry the oral cavity (mold adheres to the teeth better this way)
• Leave the mold in your mouth for 30 seconds
• If you are not satisfied with the result, repeat the procedure
• If you are happy with the result, rinse the mold with cold water and remove the handle with scissors
• If you are still not satisfied, you will find an extra mold in the package
• Repeat the procedure
• Step 2. Before each treatment, brush your teeth without using toothpaste
• Step 3. Use a syringe to apply a small amount of gel (about 0.5ml) to the mold (end to end)
• Step 4. Leave on the teeth for 15 minutes
• Step 5. Spit and rinse with water. Brush your teeth without toothpaste
• Step 6. Repeat the treatment once a day for 10 days or until you are satisfied with the result
• The product can be used up to 20 days over a period of three months
• Apply a small amount of gel to the form, 0.5 ml is enough for one treatment
• The gel is then sufficient for up to 10 treatments

Safety instructions:

• If you accidentally swallow a large amount of the gel, consult a doctor immediately
• If the gel gets into your eyes, rinse them immediately with water
