Instructions for use
Before sun exposure, apply a generous amount to the face and/or body (for example, 3 or 4 sprays for the forearm). Reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after sweating, swimming, or toweling off.

Apply sunscreen before sun exposure and reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after sweating, swimming, or toweling off. Apply generously. Reducing the amount will significantly decrease the level of protection. Do not stay in the sun too long, even while using sunscreen. Do not expose babies or young children to direct sunlight. Overexposure to the sun poses a serious health threat. Avoid sun exposure during the hottest hours of the day, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Wear protective clothing (wide-brimmed hat, sunglasses, t-shirt, etc.).
