Caprylic acid obtained from coconut (Cocos nucifera) is a medium chain fatty acid. Without palm oil.

Caprylic acid, also known as octanoic acid, belongs to medium chain fatty acids (MCTs). The body does not need bile and lipase to digest caprylic acid, so the acid is an easy source of energy for the body. Caprylic acid is mainly found in coconut oil, palm oil, as well as milk and other dairy products.
