I have been using this product for a few months, but so far I have not noticed any visible improvement. The collagen has a hard time coming out of the bottle, which makes application uncomfortable, and the smell is unpleasant.

I love baking soda. It is so versatile!!! You can use it for baking - you can't taste it but the baked goods are more digestible, for personal hygiene and even for cleaning! If you have burnt-on food, you can boil it once and everything is as good as new. Also great for scrubbing stubborn stains!

It keeps the skin free from impurities, I like it!
