​The capsules are small, and my son can swallow them easily. We’re still in the very early stages of taking them, so I can’t say much about the final results yet. In any case, however, we’re already seeing small improvements in his concentration, though so far only during his free time. I’ll post an update once we’ve been taking the supplement for at least 3 months.
