Properties:

Mode of administration:

Precautions:
Do not take before bedtime.
In some people it can lead to bloating or abdominal discomfort.
Not recommended in intestinal obstructions, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis.
In the case of people taking medication to decrease intestinal peristalsis, it is recommended to take it a few hours apart (before or after).
People diagnosed with diabetes are advised to regularly monitor their blood glucose levels.
Long-term consumption may increase the risk of fluid and electrolyte imbalances.
