Glucose, acidity regulator: citric acid, sodium citrate, potassium citrate, calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid, potassium chloride, magnesium carbonate, sweetener acesulfame K, flavors, green tea leaf extract (Camellia sinensis L.) DER 20:1 standardized to 45% content of (-) epigallocatechin-3-gallate, niacin (nicotinamide), pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), riboflavin (riboflavin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), thiamine (thiamine mononitrate), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), biotin (D-biotin), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

Recommended daily intake

Adults: 31.5 g (2 scoops) daily. Dissolve the measured amount in a bottle with 500 ml of water. Use before, during, and after physical activity.
