Use
Buckwheat is a rich source of vitamin P - rutin, which has a beneficial effect on the vascular system - it keeps the vascular walls flexible and strong. In addition, it supports the activity of the liver and the digestive system.
Preparation and dosage
Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 infusion bag and leave for 15 min. infuse. 2 cups a day. Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25°C.
Composition
Buckwheat fennel (Herba fagopyri), black currant leaf (Folium ribis nigri), black elder flower (Flos sambuci), honey fennel (Herba melissae), nettle fennel (Herba urticae).
