The effects of the use of colloidal metals (and medicinal plants) are greatly enhanced if they are kept for 5-15 minutes in the mouth, sublingually, either diluted with flat water or undiluted. This method of use does not apply to plants or extremely spicy, acidic or bitter substances and medicines or supplements that contain synthetic chemicals.

How to use:
A quantity of 5-15ml will be used once, 1-4 times a day. For use, use the bottle cap or a plastic or metal spoon.

Contraindications:
The use of this product is contraindicated in the case of people allergic to magnesium.

Storage method:
It will be kept in the original packaging, in a dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years old. Do not leave the container open between uses.
