Properties:

- Vitamin B-1 (thiamine) provides energy to the body, is important in the proper functioning of the nervous system, reduces the feeling of fatigue and irritability due to stress;
- Vitamin B-2 (riboflavin) supports the health of skin, hair, nails and also has antioxidant potential;
- Vitamin B-3 (niacin) is important in maintaining the health of the skin and digestion, supports energy metabolism;
- Vitamin B-6 (pyridoxine) helps metabolism and assimilation of proteins and implicitly muscle building;

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, vegetable stearate, talc, magnesium stearate from vegetable sources, dicalcium phosphate, silicon, brewer's yeast, soy lecithin, alfalfa leaf powder (Medicago sativa), mackerel powder (Nasturtium officinale) ), parsley powder (Petroselinum crispum), whole grain brown rice (oryza sativa), food coating.

Administration method:
1 tablet per day.
