How to use:

1. Topical use – Diluted only

• Adults : 2% dilution (approx. 4-5 drops per 10 ml vegetable oil)

• Children : 1-2 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil

2. Diffusion and inhalation
Add 3-5 drops to your aromatherapy diffuser to create a peaceful and harmonious space. It can also be inhaled directly from the bottle, with caution.

Precautions and contraindications:

• For external use only

• Do not apply undiluted to the skin

• Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes

• Keep out of reach of children

• Do not use internally

• It is recommended to test on a small area of skin (ex: elbow crease)

• Discontinue use in case of irritation
