Directions:

• Improved body alignment with respect to the body's center of gravity, both frontally and laterally, providing a more comfortable posture, preventing overload and helping to relieve joint discomfort in the ankle, knee, and hip.
• The plantar structure centers the hindfoot , preventing excessive pronation or supination. It limits lateral deviations when walking, which can cause ligament strains and overloads in joints such as the ankle and knee.
• The distribution of pressure on the foot due to the weight of the body , distributing it correctly between the heel, the plantar arches and the metatarsal area, helping to relieve plantar pain.

Contraindications:

• Do not use the product in case of acute pain without consulting a healthcare professional.
• Adapting to the template may take time: start with short periods and gradually increase to allow your body to adapt.

Sizes

Cut the insole following the size guide.

1. For proper fitting, remove the insole that the shoe currently has.
2. If necessary, cut the Farmalastic insole following the size guide.
3. Insert the insole into the shoe with the upper contact lining facing up.

• It is recommended to remove the insoles from your regular footwear after use so they can ventilate overnight.
• To clean them, use a soft brush or cloth slightly moistened with warm water and neutral soap.
• Do not machine wash.
• Avoid exposure to direct heat sources such as stoves, heaters, radiators, and direct sunlight.
• We recommend changing your insoles every 4-6 months.
