Description
Extends the effectiveness of arginine by 1 to 24 hours. It represents a source of energy in the muscles, thus prolonging its loading time (the number of repetitions), subsequently increasing energy production during aerobic loading in the form of ATP and phosphocreatine.
Increases energy production (ATP) by over 30% by using oxygen more efficiently during exercise and at rest. Supports the conversion of fat into energy. It protects the blood from overacidification, which allows it to cope with an intense load. It is also involved in detoxifying the liver, removing ammonia and lactic acid from the muscles, and boosting the immune system. It also increases sexual activity and performance. Its supplementation improves stamina, resistance to fatigue and subsequent regeneration.
Active ingredients of the product:
- Malate (malate anion): A key compound in gluconeogenesis because it can freely pass through the mitochondrial membrane into the mitochondria - the powerhouse of the cell. Gluconeogenesis is the basic process of lactate recycling and contributes to the maintenance of carbohydrate stores. Lactate can be recycled in muscle through the direct pyruvate pathway as well as in the intestinal Krebs cycle. When pyruvate is not recycled in the cycle (for example, with a lack of oxygen), lactate is formed all the more easily and fatigue sets in. Malate supplementation starts aerobic metabolism in the Krebs cycle and accelerates the recycling of lactate - thus energetically bringing it back into play. Malate supplementation can reduce the underlying causes of fatigue
- Citrulline: A non-essential amino acid that serves two other functions in the body. It is a precursor (precursor) of arginine, stimulates the release of energy from ATP and strengthens the immune system. Due to its ability to convert to arginine, it stimulates the release of nitric oxide, NO, which dilates blood vessels so more nutrients and oxygen reach the muscles. This pumping of oxygen and nutrients to the muscles will further increase energy supply during exercise
Citrulline malate and its benefits:
- A combination of the amino acids citrulline and malate
- Increases energy production during aerobic exercise
- Increases endurance and performance
- Eliminates fatigue and increases energy production
- Improves regeneration, recovery and energy levels
- It helps to eliminate toxins
- Ideal for high intensity sports
Who is citrulline malate suitable for?
It is suitable and intended for all athletes with aerobic load who want to maintain their performance during pregnancy (runners, cyclists, swimmers, footballers). Since citrulline malate increases the level of arginine and ornithine, the subsequent synthesis of NO, better tissue blood flow, is also beneficial in strength sports.
