DIRECTIONS FOR USE Apply generously to dry skin, half an hour before sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours, and as often as necessary, especially after perspiring, swimming, or towel drying. Apply 2 mg/cm² or approximately 1 mg/ml of water. 36 grams of product per adult. Reducing this dose reduces the protection factor. OTHER ADVICE FROM THE AEMPS ON SUN PROTECTION 1. Excessive sun exposure is a major health hazard. Keep in mind that no sunscreen offers complete protection against the risks derived from solar radiation, so you should not stay in the sun for long periods of time, even if you use a product with a high Sun Protection Factor (SPF). 2. Avoid sun exposure between 12 and 4 p.m. Try not to fall asleep in the sun. Take extra protective measures during outdoor activities. 3. Do not expose children under 3 years of age to the sun. Protect them with clothing, hats, sunglasses, and high-SPF sunscreens that are specially designed for children and are water-resistant. Have them drink water frequently. 4. Use a sunscreen that protects against at least UVB radiation (which causes sunburn) and UVA radiation (which is primarily responsible for premature skin aging). These two types of radiation also affect the immune system and contribute to the risk of skin cancer. 5. Choose a sunscreen suitable for each skin type or body area (cream, spray, lotion, gel), taking into account phototype, age, and circumstances of sun exposure. Use a higher SPF for initial exposures. 6. Apply a generous amount of the product evenly to dry skin, half an hour before sun exposure and reapply every 2 hours and after perspiring, swimming, or drying off. Do not use sunscreens that were opened last year. 7. Take extra precautions on the parts of the body most sensitive to the sun: face, neck, baldness, shoulders, décolletage, ears, hands, and insteps. Protect your lips with sunscreen pencils or sticks, and your hair with specific products. 8. Use sunscreen even on cloudy days. UV radiation passes through clouds and is reflected off water, sand, grass, and snow. 9. Also, protect your skin from solar radiation with clothing (T-shirts, pants), your head with hats, and your eyes with sunglasses. Stay hydrated by drinking water frequently and apply moisturizer to your skin after sun exposure. 10.
